Trading with Faith, Logic & Discipline
These are the sacred rules every trader at Capital Minds must follow. Advised by Muhammad Abbas β a discipline-first trading philosophy that separates professionals from gamblers.
Why These Rules Matter
Trading is 80% psychology and 20% strategy. Most traders fail not because of bad setups, but because of poor discipline. These rules are designed to protect you from yourself β your greed, fear, and ego. Master these, and you master the market.
Trade Only with a Confirmed Setup
I will never take a trade just because the chart "looks" attractive. No setup = No trade.
βWait for structure, confirmation, and reason β not impulse. Patience is my weapon; randomness is my destruction.β
Never Enter Without a Battle Plan
Every trade must have a clear entry, stop loss, and target before execution.
βIf I can't define my risk and exit, I don't deserve to enter. Trading without a plan is like sailing without a compass β it always ends in storms.β
Respect the Capital
My capital is not just money β it's my energy, my effort, my soldiers.
βI will never send them to war without a strategy. Every dollar lost carelessly is a lesson ignored. Protecting capital comes before chasing profit.β
Always Use Stop Loss
A trade without a stop loss is emotional suicide.
βStop loss means protection β it's the line between discipline and destruction. If I don't respect risk, the market will teach me humility the hard way.β
Control Lot Size
I will always trade within 1β2% risk of total capital.
βNo excitement, no "I feel confident today" lot jumps. Consistency beats confidence. Greed kills accounts.β
Master RiskβReward
Each trade must offer at least a 1:2 ratio or better.
βIf I can't find a trade that pays twice what I risk, I will walk away. The market rewards discipline, not desperation.β
Emotions Are the Real Enemy
I will not trade when I'm angry, excited, scared, or distracted.
βRevenge trades are forbidden. FOMO is poison. If my heart is racing, I will step back β not click "buy" or "sell." Calm mind = clean execution.β
Stay Emotionless in Wins & Losses
A win does not make me a genius. A loss does not make me a failure.
βBoth are feedback β nothing more. My worth is in my discipline, not my results.β
Journal Every Trade
Every trade must be recorded: Entry and exit, Why I took it, Emotional state, Lesson learned.
βI will review my journal weekly β because a trader who learns from his own data becomes unstoppable.β
Avoid Distractions
I will not trade while multitasking, answering calls, or chatting.
βTrading requires silence and focus. When I trade, it's just me, the chart, and my plan.β
Don't Overtrade
One good setup is enough. The market doesn't pay for activity β it pays for accuracy.
βIf I force entries, I'm feeding my emotions, not my wallet.β
Don't Chase the Market
If I miss an opportunity, I will not jump into the next candle in frustration.
βMissed trade = protection by Allah, not punishment. There will always be another setup.β
Never Trade Under Stress
When I'm tense, tired, or emotionally unstable β I will not trade.
βA mind full of noise can't make wise decisions. Peace of mind is my true trading edge.β
Keep Ego Out
No trade proves my intelligence. No analysis makes me invincible.
βThe market is bigger than me. Humility keeps me alive; ego burns my account.β
Trade the Plan, Not the Candle
The market doesn't care about my feelings. If the plan says no, it's no.
βNo matter how tempting the setup looks. My edge lies in saying "no" more often than "yes."β
Learn Continuously
Every loss is tuition, every win is feedback. The goal is mastery, not luck.
βI will study market behavior, not chase signals.β
Remember the Source of Rizq
My income, my wins, my growth β all come from Allah.
βMy job is effort, patience, and discipline; the result is written. This mindset keeps my heart calm and ego silent.β
β Before Entry
- Do I have a confirmed setup?
- Is my stop loss and take profit defined?
- Is the risk:reward at least 1:2?
- Is my lot size within 1-2% risk?
- Am I calm and focused?
β Never Do This
- Trade without stop loss
- Revenge trade after a loss
- Chase missed trades
- Trade when emotional or stressed
- Let ego drive decisions
Remember the Source
βMy income, my wins, my growth β all come from Allah. My job is effort, patience, and discipline; the result is written. This mindset keeps my heart calm and ego silent.β
