At Capital Minds, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Request submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • Order status is PAID or DELIVERED
  • No previous refund has been issued for the same order
  • First-time refund request for your account (one refund per account)
  • Valid reason provided for the refund request

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Request submitted after 48 hours from purchase
  • Fully consumed digital products (e.g., completed courses, used signals)
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already been conducted
  • Trading losses - we are not responsible for trading decisions
  • Multiple refund requests from the same account
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

Access your Capital Minds dashboard at capitalminds.io/login

Navigate to Billing

Go to Dashboard → Billing to view your order history

Select Order & Click "Request Refund"

Find the eligible order and click the refund button. You'll see the countdown timer showing remaining time.

Provide Reason

Select a reason for your refund request. This helps us improve our services.

Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

3Processing Fee & Refund Amount

10% Processing Fee

A 10% processing fee is deducted from all refund amounts. This covers payment gateway fees, transaction costs, and administrative expenses.

Example Calculation:

Original Purchase Amount:$100.00
Processing Fee (10%):- $10.00
Refund Amount:$90.00

4Product-Specific Policies

📊 Trading Signals Subscription

  • • Refund available within 48 hours of subscription start
  • • No refund if more than 5 signals have been accessed/viewed
  • • Partial refunds not available for mid-cycle cancellations
  • • Trading losses are NOT grounds for refund

📚 Educational Courses

  • • Refund available within 48 hours if less than 20% of content accessed
  • • Once course completion exceeds 20%, refund is not available
  • • Downloadable materials access revoked upon refund
  • • Bundled courses follow individual course policies

👨‍🏫 1-on-1 Mentorship

  • • Refund available if session has not been scheduled or conducted
  • • Rescheduling available up to 24 hours before session
  • • No-show by client = session considered completed (no refund)
  • • If mentor cancels, full refund or rescheduling offered

🤖 Trading Bots

  • • 48-hour refund window from purchase/activation
  • • Bot configuration/customization services are non-refundable
  • • Trading losses from bot usage are NOT grounds for refund
  • • Technical issues reported within 48 hours may qualify for refund or fix

6Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:

  • Access continues until the end of current billing period
  • No automatic renewal or future charges
  • No prorated refunds for unused portion of current period
  • You can reactivate anytime at current pricing

7Fraud-Related Refund Exclusions

No Refunds for Fraudulent Activity

Capital Minds maintains a strict policy regarding accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities. The following applies:

  • Account Freeze: If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, it may be frozen pending investigation
  • No Refund on Confirmed Fraud: If fraud, scam involvement, money laundering, or illegal activity is confirmed, absolutely no refund will be issued
  • Fund Forfeiture: Any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be permanently withheld or seized according to applicable laws
  • Permanent Ban: Accounts confirmed for fraud will be permanently terminated with no access to future services

Investigation-Only Freeze

If your account is frozen for investigation purposes only and no wrongdoing is confirmed, legitimate funds may be returned after internal review. However, this is at Capital Minds' sole discretion and subject to compliance verification.

8Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Email us at support@capitalminds.io with your order details
  2. Our team will review your case within 48 hours
  3. If unresolved, request escalation to management
  4. Final decisions are communicated within 5 business days
