Mentor Responsibility Clause

1. Mentor Role and Status

As a Strategy Provider on Capital Minds, you understand and acknowledge that:

• You are an independent strategy provider, not an employee of Capital Minds
• You are sharing your trading strategies and signals for informational purposes
• You are not providing personalized investment advice
• You do not have a fiduciary relationship with your followers
• You are not acting as a registered investment advisor unless separately licensed

2. Mentor Obligations

All Strategy Providers agree to:

• Honest Representation: Provide accurate information about trading history and methodology
• Transparency: Clearly disclose strategy risks, trading style, and expected drawdowns
• No Guarantees: Never promise or guarantee specific returns or profits to followers
• Risk Warnings: Include appropriate risk warnings in communications with followers
• Ethical Conduct: Refrain from market manipulation, front-running, or other unethical practices
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

3. Prohibited Mentor Conduct

Mentors may NOT:

• Guarantee or promise specific returns or profits
• Claim that their strategy is "risk-free" or guaranteed to succeed
• Solicit funds directly from followers outside the platform
• Offer to manage follower funds or accounts
• Provide personalized investment advice based on individual circumstances
• Misrepresent their credentials, experience, or track record
• Engage in any form of market manipulation

By following any strategy or mentor on Capital Minds, you acknowledge that:

• Signals and strategies are informational only, not personalized investment advice
• You are making your own independent trading decisions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may incur significant losses by following any strategy
• The mentor has no knowledge of your personal financial situation
• You are solely responsible for your trading activities and results

6. Follower Responsibilities

As a follower, you are responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence on any mentor or strategy
• Understanding the risks and methodology of strategies you follow
• Setting appropriate position sizes based on your risk tolerance
• Monitoring your own accounts and managing your own risk
• Making final decisions about whether to execute any trade
• Not investing more than you can afford to lose

• A provider of infrastructure for signal distribution and tracking
• A neutral intermediary that does not endorse or guarantee any strategy

Capital Minds does NOT:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of mentor information
• Verify the suitability of strategies for individual users
• Take responsibility for mentor trading performance
• Act as an investment advisor or make recommendations

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between mentors and followers:

• Parties should first attempt to resolve issues directly
• Capital Minds may mediate at its discretion but is not obligated to do so
• Platform decisions regarding policy violations are final
• Legal disputes are subject to applicable laws and the platform's arbitration clause

10. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of mentor responsibilities may result in:

• Warning and required corrective action
• Temporary suspension of strategy provider privileges
• Permanent removal from the platform
• Withholding of earned fees
• Legal action if fraud or willful misconduct is involved
